Note to Self:

taking a daily photo actually requires you to have a camera on hand. Go figure! I must be the only person considering themselves a photographer who regularily forgets their camera. I'm thinking that I can only blame so many of these things on the baby. Right??

I ALWAYS forget my camera. But I also hate photography, so it's probably subconscious.

I know what you mean, but you can't carry the big and expensive gear everywhere. It's why I have a "purse camera". I recently (after 5 years of my old purse camera whose control sensors were failing to work 80% of the time) bought this one:

It has a lot of manual controls to allow you to get the shot you want versus the shot the camera thinks you want. It also does high-def video too.

I'll post a couple of pics this week if you are intersted to check out the quality.

LOL...I wanted my camera today and didn't have it with me either.

The funny thing is that I have both my fancy dSLR AND a nice little digital camera that fits in my pocket. I didn't have either.

Normally I have the little one in the diaper. Just not when I normally really need it. Yes, you can laugh now...

That's it then. You are getting a firm lashing with a wet noodle.

Noodles...up in Vancouver...hot and steamy with roast duck or BBQ pork from a Chinese deli...aahhhhgghgh so delicious. OK I am now so jealous of your superb noodle proximity.

I sincerely doubt you're the only one. :)

I can only ever remember my cell phone or my camera. For some reason, never both.
